European Music Touring Catering
My European touring work includes catering for Linkin Park, Metallica and Rock im Park. For Korean artists including BTS, ATEEZ, aespa and TXT, I specialised in familiar Korean food for concert crews travelling through Europe. Each service was planned for approximately 100-150 people, with dietary requirements, venue kitchens and tight concert schedules managed from city to city.
WHAT TOURING CATERING MEANS
Touring catering means travelling with an artist’s production from city to city and cooking at each venue where they perform. The food is prepared for the crew working behind the concert, often in a different kitchen every day and around rehearsals, setup and show times.
